REGISTRATION FORMS FOR ALL RETURNING GMS STUDENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE.
THE DEADLINE IS BEFORE MAY 24, 2012.
Registration packets are mandatory for ALL students returning to Gardner Middle School next year.
Please go to the TVUSD website and download a "Returning Student" packet 2012/2013 Gardner Middle School. Read the directions and attached the requested Proof of Residency and (if applicable) proof of the Tdap booster and sign (parent and student) all the appropriate areas. Your student at that point can turn it into the Registrar in the Front Office. If there is any missing documentation the packet will be handed back to the student for completion. No forms faxed or mailed will be accepted.
If you do not have a computer you may go to any Public Library and download the forms.

PARENTS: HAS YOUR STUDENT LOST THEIR GLASSES?
In the window of the Health Office we display any glasses found on campus. If your student has lost a pair of glasses since the start of the school year, please have them walk by and check to see if they have a pair up in the window. Any glasses not claim by the end of the school year will be donated to the Lions Club.

Important Yearbook Announcement
The period for pre-ordering yearbooks is over. We will be selling the remaining yearbooks starting on Wednesday, June 6th; after we distribute the pre-ordered books. We ordered extra books this year, so we believe anyone who wants one will get one, but we cannot guarantee that everyone will.
