Erin Nelson - Students with last names M-Z
I am a native Southern Californian, born and raised in Ventura County. I then traveled down to San Diego to attend UC San Diego where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I went on to the University of San Diego for a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and PPS Credential to be a School Counselor. I had the privilege of being hired by TVUSD in 2003 to open up Gardner Middle School! I have loved being a Grizzly for the past 20 years, watching us evolve and grow together while serving our wonderful community. I am passionate about helping students navigate through the ups and downs of middle school. When I am not at Gardner, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children in the small community where we live within San Marcos. We enjoy riding bikes, walking into town for pizza and ice cream, playing in our backyard, and watching movies. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, and watching my kids play sports.
Mrs. Nelson is the counselor for most students whose last name starts with M - Z.
